We had 14 anglers participating. Weather was very foggy and delayed the launch for about 45 minutes. Once the fog started to lift we each headed out to our honey hole. There were a total of 61 bass caught and released alive weighing a combined total of 116.51 pounds.
Hunter Broggi came to the scale with a total weight of 20.47 pounds. Bob Haarer and Ed Owens partnered up and both had great stringers coming to the scale with 13.82 pounds and 18.77 pounds. Ed also had big fish for the tournament weighing 7.71 pounds. They finished in first place with a combined weight of 33.59 pounds.
Hunter and His partner, Ron Oeschner, finished second with a combined total of 24.72 pounds. Third Place was Alex Pappas and Robert Miller with a combined total of 21.18 pounds.
It was a great tournament and only two anglers did not have their five fish limit. Next tournament will be on Lake Kissimmee, launching at Grape Hammock boat ramp on March 19th.
